Refund & Cancellation Policy – Srikanth Tours & Travels
At Srikanth Tours & Travels, we strive to make your travel experience smooth and reliable. We understand that plans may change, so our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all travelers.
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the journey.
2. Cancellation by Customer
- 48 hours before the trip: Full refund (after deducting minimal processing charges).
- 24–48 hours before the trip: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
- Less than 24 hours or same-day cancellation: No refund applicable.
3. Cancellation by Srikanth Tours & Travels
If the company cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle issues or operational reasons, customers will receive a 100% refund or may reschedule the trip without extra charges.
4. No-Show Policy
If the traveler fails to arrive at the pickup location on time or is unreachable, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
5. Partial or Early Trip Termination
If a customer chooses to end the trip early, the refund will be calculated based on the distance covered and services utilized.
6. Refund Timeline
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
7. Non-Refundable Expenses
Driver allowance, tolls, parking, and permit charges already incurred during the trip are non-refundable.
8. Policy Updates
Srikanth Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
