- Booking Confirmation:
All bookings are confirmed only after advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid before the trip begins. - Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of travel will incur a 50% charge. No refund for last-minute or same-day cancellations. - Vehicle Usage:
Kilometers and hours are calculated from our garage to garage. Extra usage beyond the package will be charged accordingly. - Driver Allowance:
A driver allowance of ₹300 per day is applicable for all outstation trips. - Tolls, Parking & Permits:
These charges are not included in local packages unless mentioned otherwise and must be borne by the customer. - Delays & Route Changes:
Srikanth Tours & Travels is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Route changes must be pre-informed and may affect the total cost. - Passenger Responsibility:
Customers are requested to take care of their personal belongings during travel. The company is not liable for any loss or damage. - Behavior & Safety:
For safety, passengers must follow the driver’s instructions and avoid any behavior that could cause inconvenience or risk during the journey. - Contact Details:
